2.3. Account Setup and Integration

  • Google & Meta Account Setup: Google Ads and Meta Business Manager accounts are created or consolidated. We establish the infrastructure necessary for the planned campaigns. Existing accounts must be authorized to us.

  • Email Marketing Setup: A system is built to regularly send promotional content, reminders, campaigns, and occasion-based emails to customers, creating a reliable communication channel.

  • Website & App Compatibility Check: The compatibility of the website and mobile app with ad accounts is verified. Required integrations and tracking codes are implemented. These setups can be performed either by your web team with our guidance or by us directly if authorized.

  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and CAPI Integration: To monitor ad performance, we implement all relevant tracking tools and ensure integration with the website and mobile platforms.

  • Google My Business Setup: Your business address is registered on Google platforms, including Google Maps. If already registered, updates and integrations are performed.

  • Target Audience Identification: A profile is developed based on age, gender, interests, location, and more, tailored to your platform’s offerings.

  • Ad Budgeting & Campaign Planning: A strategy is crafted for Google and Meta ads based on desired campaign types (e.g., conversions, engagement). Initial analysis helps define the budget, which may later be scaled according to sales performance.

  • Campaign Setup: Campaigns are launched based on the agreed budget, target audience, and content. Email marketing supports retention and customer engagement.

  • Ad Monitoring & Optimization: Ads are monitored daily. Budgets and content are adjusted when necessary.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Campaign performance is regularly analyzed, and reports include insights and improvement recommendations.

  • Ad Budget Planning: Advertising budget for Google and Meta platforms will be determined after an initial market and audience analysis. It may later be scaled proportionally to achieved sales volume.
